Pearl is a breathtaking place, situated at the upper floor of the building, it absolutely dominates the building.
It embraces all the white shades, the grey tomes and all the middle nuances.
The living room is comfortable, modern, full of brightness. It is characterized by a kitchen zone and a fireplace, it has a comfortable sofa-bed (double or twins beds).
The terrace is an incredible discovery: the outlook completely embraces the North-West side of the Perugia city centre revealing the most important historical buildings in their own magnificence and prominence, together with the wonderful landscape of the surrounding hills.
The double room (also twin beds) is characterized by a modern and impressive bed with headboard and personalized pieces of furniture. The bedroom has a comfortable bathroom and a wardrobe cabin.
It s the ideal place for meditation, relax and reading but it can be also a very romantic and young terrace: it is really a dreamland.
